By accessing the Swiss-Darling website, you are bound by the following Terms & Conditions of Use.
a. Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program is available to individuals who book their guests or colleagues at Swiss International’s participating Hotels for and on behalf of their company.
b. To become a Swiss-Darling member, individuals must complete the mandatory registration details on the Swiss-Darling website including confirming acceptance of these terms and conditions. Points cannot be earned until registration, as a member including acceptance of these terms and conditions is complete.
c. Swiss-Darling members must be at least 18 years of age and have reached the age of majority where they reside.
d. Weddings, outside catering and individual restaurant reservations are not eligible for earning points.
e. Swiss-Darling points: are (a) non-transferable, are (b) valid for two years from the date of transaction, and (c) do not possess any monetary value. Only Swiss-Darling points recorded with Swiss International Hotels & Resorts will be considered valid.
f. Earning and redeeming of Swiss-Darling points are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
g. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts will keep an accurate tally of the accumulated Swiss-Darling points, and only Swiss International Hotels & Resorts’ own records will be taken into consideration in the event of a disagreement.
h. Swiss-Darling points will be rewarded to the person who books the room on behalf of his/her company.
i. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend the Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program or to cancel the Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program at its sole discretion without any liability on its part, its owners, the hotels it manages or its employees.
j. By enrolling in the Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program, it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that he/she is doing so without breaching any valid internal policy or procedure within the company he or she is working in. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts cannot be held responsible for any irregularities resulting from the enrollment of an applicant in this program.
k. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts executives and employees are not allowed to participate in the Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program.
l. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to discontinue the membership of any Swiss-Darling member who appears to be using the Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud or dishonesty. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points, benefits and privileges.
a. Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program is available for all Swiss International Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. The list of Participating Hotels is available on the Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program website. The list of Participating Hotels may be amended at any time without prior notice at Swiss International Hotels & Resorts’ sole discretion.
a. Qualifying Spend includes spend on accommodation on behalf of the company at the participating hotels.
b. Qualifying Spend on guest rooms only includes guest rooms which a Swiss-Darling member books for their guests or colleagues. It excludes spend on member’s own guest room.
c. Qualifying Spend does not include any taxes, gratuities, service fees, vendor/supplier charges, any attendee incidentals including individual meals and beverages or other expenses and any leisure spend.
a. Swiss-Darling members will earn ten (10) Swiss-Darling points for every room night booked and paid to Swiss International Hotels & Resorts.
b. Swiss-Darling points may only be earned through the eligible channels. The eligible channels are, the Swiss-Darling website, Swiss International Hotels & Resorts central Sales offices, Swiss International Hotels & Resorts website or directly with the Participating Hotels.
c. Non eligible channels include bookings made through third party channels. In the event of a dispute between Swiss-Darlings members who claim points for the same Qualifying Spend, Swiss International Hotels & Resorts will decide at its sole discretion to which Member points are allocated and the number of points to reward. This decision will be final and binding.
d. Swiss-Darling points will be credited to the Swiss-darling member’s account within 72 days from the stay date and upon receipt of full payment of the stay.
e. Swiss-Darling members who believe that their account activity is inaccurate should in the first instance contact the relevant hotel or customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org
f. Swiss-Darling points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
g.Retro claims are honored up to six months from the check-out date post enrolment.
a. Swiss-Darling points are redeemed with a redemption code from the Swiss-Darling website. The redemption code is valid for one year and can be used at any Swiss International Hotel & Resort worldwide.
b. Swiss-Darling points cannot be redeemed for cash. The redemption code is then approved by the Hotel Manager/ Rooms Division Manager. The redemption code can be used by the Swiss-Darling, the Bookers’ family members or the Bookers’ friends and are not valid if used by a person unknown to the Booker.
c. Rewards are subject to change without prior notice.
a. Any personal data (including but not limited to Swiss-Darling member’s name, mailing address, telephone number and email address) provided by a Swiss-Darling member when enrolling in or otherwise provided in connection with their Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program will be stored electronically and used for administration of the program. Swiss-Darling member’s personal data (i) shall be processed by Swiss International Hotels & Resorts, in its capacity of data controller, by its subsidiaries, affiliates, Participating Hotels including franchised hotels, or third party service providers in connection with administration of Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program and (ii) may be transferred worldwide between such subsidiaries, affiliates, Participating Hotels.
b. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates may contact the Swiss-Darling member for marketing purposes by mail, fax, telephone (including automated calls), text message or email.
c. d. In the event of termination of Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program, Swiss-Darling points already earned will remain subject to the Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program terms and conditions.
e. Swiss-Darling members are responsible for keeping up-to-date details in their Swiss-Darling account.
f. Any notices and communications that are to be sent directly to Swiss-Darling members according to these terms and conditions will be sent to the email address or other contact details, which the Swiss-Darling member has registered.
a. The Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program is operated and administered by Swiss International Hotels & Resorts.
b. Program violations, fraud or abuse are subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by appropriate authorities and by Swiss International Hotels & Resorts including, without limitation, the forfeiture of all points transfers, rewards, redemption code, and cancellation of Swiss-Darling member’s account and future participation in Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program.
c. By participating, Swiss-Darling members agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Swiss International Hotels & Resorts, its advertising and promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims or damages arising out of any use or misuse of Swiss-Darling Bookers Loyalty Program by member.
