The company has more plans for expansion in Pakistan and we wanted to be part of that presence.”

Pakistan is a very exciting country with its extremely beautiful and breathtaking nature, said Mr. Henri Kennedie, President & CEO of Swiss International Hotels & Resorts.

The country has the world’s 5th largest population with over 225 million inhabitants, a very fast-growing middle class, and a median age of 23 years.

The ties with the Muslim world and with the US and China are close and that makes with the strong domestic market, Pakistan an extremely interesting country for both the business- and the leisure market.

Swiss International is focusing its expansion on cities as Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and Gwadar. Also, the touristic sights in the northern parts of Pakistan are on target.
