The serviced apartment building with 192 apartments will be the first Swiss International Residences in Pakistan.
Baar (CH)/Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), March 18, 2024 – Swiss International Hotels & Resorts is delighted to announce the signing of the first Swiss International Residences in Pakistan.
The building is in Lahore Bahria town, close to Winter Land Complex & Eiffel Tower Model, Sector F Bahria Town, Lahore.

The construction will start on August and the anticipated opening date will be January 1, 2027.

The contract was arranged through Real estate consulting company Avenew Marketing. Mr. Naveed Khan, the company’s CEO said: It is very important for a services apartment building to part of an international hospitality organization.
