Swiss International Arabia is looking for a Director of Operations in Saudi Arabia.
Swiss International hotels Arabia, an affiliate of Swiss International Hotels & Resorts is developing and operating hotels in the Middle East. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the company is operating the following hotels:
- Swiss International hotel Royal – Riyadh
- Swiss International Unaizah
- Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Metropolitan – Riyadh
- Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites – Al Baha
- Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites – Taif
- Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites – Dammam
- Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Olaya – Al Khobar
Different other projects are under development discussions in locations as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar.
The key tasks for the Director of Operations are to make sure that the hotels are delivering the budgets, based on the KPI’s the Company has set. In addition, the hotels need to achieve a minimum reputation management score and the hotels need to achieve minimum loyalty quotas.
The company is focused on the social media and is quite active with digital marketing initiatives both on hotel as well as corporate levels.
The right candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Diplomatic understanding of the role of the hotel owners
- Energetic leadership in a coaching role to the hotel GM’s and their Management teams
- Appreciative leader for the staff’s achievements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a corporate function at a hotel chain company
- A typical team player
- Regarding education: a minimum of Bachelor level from an international Hotelschool is requested.
- In-depth knowledge of the Arabic language is required
