Swiss International Hotels & Resorts is in search of a skilled individual for the role of Marketing Director Africa, Asia and Middle East based in Pakistan.

Key Qualifications:

  • Sales & Marketing Background: Proven experience in marketing with a strong sales background.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferred Master’s degree.
  • System Understanding: In-depth knowledge of hotel systems, including Central Reservation Management, Property Management, Reputation Management, Revenue Management, Rate Strategies, Loyalty Programs, Digital marketing, social media, Website & Booking Engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing initiatives for Swiss International Hotels & Resorts and its hotels.
  • Oversee the four P’s (product, price, place, promotion) for comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives for a strong online presence.
  • Manage client relationships with hotel management teams, serving as a liaison between clients and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly monitor hotel performance, analyzing results to refine marketing strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to hotel management teams to enhance performance.
  • Implement revenue management strategies, loyalty programs, SWISS-MAIL, the website, Swiss International Application, and all social media initiatives.
