Royal Swiss Lahore is hiring a Public Relations Executive

Position Overview:  The Public Relations Executive is a key role within our esteemed five-star hotel, responsible for managing the hotel’s public image and fostering positive relationships with the media, guests, and the local community. The incumbent will leverage excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and strategic planning to enhance the hotel’s brand reputation and visibility through effective PR campaigns and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Media Relations:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media representatives, including journalists, editors, and influencers.
    • Pitch story ideas, press releases, and hotel news to relevant media outlets to secure coverage and positive publicity.
    • Act as the hotel’s spokesperson when liaising with the media, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
  2. Publicity Campaigns:
    • Develop and implement creative PR campaigns and initiatives to promote the hotel’s unique offerings, events, and milestones.
    • Coordinate press events, media tours, and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services.
    • Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Establish partnerships and collaborations with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to enhance the hotel’s presence and involvement in the community.
    • Plan and execute community outreach programs, charitable initiatives, and sponsorships aligned with the hotel’s values and objectives.
  4. Digital and Social Media:
    • Support the hotel’s digital marketing efforts by creating engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, and newsletters.
    • Monitor online conversations and reviews, responding promptly and professionally to guest feedback and inquiries.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate PR efforts with digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  5. Event Management:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, press conferences, and promotional activities hosted by the hotel.
    • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and media attendance to ensure successful event outcomes and media coverage.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials and pitches.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
